  • Start by tailoring your Model/Z design to meet your needs. Choose your layout, siding, finishes, and on-site foundation.   

  • We’ll visit your property to assess your site, prepare an installation estimate, and begin creating the site plan.

  • After your sign off on a site plan, installation estimate, and first deposit, we’ll prepare and submit the permit application to your local planning department.

  • We’ll begin to get your space ready by installing the foundation and utility connections.

  • We begin transport of your Model/Z unit to your home and complete installation. We handle everything, so you don’t have to.

  • We connect your Model/Z unit to utilities and add customizations, then inspect every inch of the unit so that it is move-in ready.

  • Access to Financial Assistance

    You don’t need to pay everything upfront. Learn more about financing options for ADUs. Plus, eligible California homeowners may qualify for the CalHFA ADU Grant Program, offering up to $40,000 toward pre-development and closing costs.
