Model/Z’s Modular multifamily 5-story building was completed in less than 12 months

Model/Z completed its first modular multifamily project at 6200 Broadway in Los Angeles, CA, in June 2026. The five-story, 66-unit affordable housing building developed with SoLa Impact was built entirely from modules manufactured off-site at Model/Z's factory in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles.
